Shmurple's Commissions

By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.-I (Shmurple Purple) can refuse a commission for any reason
-Payment can be given fully upfront or 50% after the sketch and 50% after the watermarked version is sent
-Unwatermarked version will be sent after the full payment is received
-The time it takes to finish depends on the commission
-I will send a Work In Progress (WIP) after each stage for approval. Once the unwatermarked version is sent, there will be a charge to make anymore changes
-If something previously approved needs changing, there will be a charge
-I (Shmurple Purple) hold all copyright to the art
-I (Shmurple Purple) have the right to post the art anywhere I want, but I will not claim the rights to your characters
-You (the customer) may share the commission wherever you want with credit
-You (the customer) MAY NOT make money off of the commission in any way
-You (the customer) MAY NOT alter the commission in any way
-If I (Shmurple Purple) am unable to finish the commission, you (the customer) will receive a refund
-If the commission is canceled after I (Shmurple Purple) have already started, you (the customer) will not be refunded
-If the commission is canceled before the commission is started, you (the customer) will receive a full refund
-These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without prior warning
-Payment is currently only accepted through Paypal or Ko-Fi ( https://ko-fi.com/shmurplepurple )
